Horizontal End Suction Centrifugal Pumps – Iso 2858/5199

These are standardized, single-stage centrifugal pumps built to international ISO 2858/5199 specifications. Featuring a robust, back pull-out design, they allow for easy maintenance without disturbing piping or the motor. They are highly efficient for medium-to-high flow applications involving clean or slightly contaminated liquids.

Applications

Water supply, boiler feed, air conditioning and heating systems (HVAC), circulation in industrial processes, booster services, and transferring clean liquids protected by our Filtration Products.

Corrosion Resistant Polypropylene Centrifugal Pumps

Constructed from highly durable, non-metallic Polypropylene (PP) or specialized polymer compounds. These pumps are specifically engineered to resist chemical attack, handling highly corrosive acids, alkalis, and aggressive solvents where metallic pumps would fail. They offer leak-proof operation and long life in harsh environments.

Applications

Chemical manufacturing, acid/alkali transfer, pharmaceutical intermediate production, effluent treatment plants (ETP), and electroplating/pickling lines.

Horizontal Non-clog Self Priming Mud/sewage
Pumps

Designed to handle liquids containing large, soft solids, fibrous materials, and thick slurries without clogging. These pumps are robust, reliable, and possess excellent self-priming capabilities, requiring minimal
external assistance after
initial setup.

Applications

Sewage lift stations, primary wastewater treatment, storm drainage, construction site dewatering, and pumping thick sludges and muds.

Horizontal Filter Press Feed Pumps

High-pressure, low-flow pumps specially designed to withstand the immense pressure required to feed slurry into a filter press. They operate against a progressively increasing head pressure, often used in conjunction with our Filtration Products for dewatering applications.

Applications

Feeding filter presses in chemical, pharmaceutical, dye, and ceramic industries, waste minimization, and separating solids from liquid streams.

Horizontal Air Cooled Thermic Fluid Pumps

Specialized pumps engineered for circulating hot thermal transfer fluids (hot oil) at extremely high temperatures (up to $350^{\circ}\text{C}$). They feature an extended shaft and air-cooled fins, eliminating the need for complex external water cooling systems.

Applications

Hot oil circulation in heat transfer systems, reactors, dryers, heating jackets in chemical plants, and high-temperature processing in textiles and plastics.

Self Priming Solvent Transfer Pumps

Reliable and quick self-priming pumps constructed from chemically compatible materials, designed for the safe and
efficient transfer of volatile, low-viscosity solvents and hazardous
liquids.

Applications

Transferring solvents, thinners, alcohol, and specialty chemicals in pharmaceutical labs, printing, paint, and chemical storage
facilities.

Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps

Positive displacement pumps driven by compressed air (non-electric). They are highly versatile, capable of handling virtually any fluid, including abrasive, corrosive, viscous, and shear-sensitive liquids. They can run dry indefinitely and are safe for explosive environments.

Applications

Transferring inks, paints, adhesives, resins, sludge, and hazardous chemicals, especially in areas with explosion-proof requirements or where power is unavailable.

Single Helical Rotary Gear Pumps

Positive displacement pumps that use meshing helical gears to transfer highly viscous liquids. They provide smooth, non-pulsating, and uniform flow, making them ideal for metering and transfer applications where flow consistency is critical.

Vertical Submersible Sewage Pumps

Vertical Long Shaft Sump Pump
